Mountain-Pacific Quality Health is partnering with local communities to provide free weekly sessions to help people with diabetes, pre-diabetes or at-risk for diabetes to change old habits and develop new ones to become healthy "self-managers" of their conditions. The program runs six weeks and meets every Tuesday afternoon starting March 10, 2015 and ending April 21, 2015. Discuss and actively learn about how to eat healthy and stay active, how diabetes affects our bodies and how we can take control of diabetes to avoid health complications.
