Hear-See-Do. This clinic is geared to beginners and will demonstrate techniques that will be useful to fly fish with a two-handed rod--Spey and Switch. In a classroom presentation, CrossCurrents Fly Shop owner Chris Strainer will teach the basic fundamentals of two-handed casting. After a lunch break, the clinic will continue outdoors on Spring Meadow Lake putting it all into action.

This is also a great opportunity to "try before you buy" - you can demo two-handed gear from Orvis. If you have it, bring your own gear as there is a limited supply of demo outfits. If you would like more casting time, please speak to either Chris or Jennifer about private spey casting lessons.
