Spring Meadow Lake

(April 14, 2015 - Helena, Montana) - In spirit of Earth Day, Wednesday April 22nd, from 9:30-11:30 children are invited to team up to get Spring Meadow Lake a little greener. This event is organized by fifth grader Jasmine Hinshaw, funded by her grant from Helena Youth Philanthropy Council, and Adventures Unlimited. The event's mission is to help instill community environmental stewardship in local area youth. Aluminum cans, food wrappers, and other litter will be sorted into recyclables and trash.
