The Helena Community Action Team (CAT) is a non-partisan group of progressive-minded individuals who meet and discuss topics that are occurring in, or affecting our city and our State. We plan events, attend hearings at the Capitol and help promote advocacy for reproductive and social justice. We meet every Tuesday at 6pm.
