The Red Mountain Band was formed in Butte, Montana in 2010 and is a multi-genre folk, bluegrass, blues, rock, Americana, Jam band that writes, records and performs music developed around these disparate time-honored genres. Chutzpah is the Red Mountain Band's first studio album, and features an eclectic mix of songs influenced by traditional Appalachian folk music, as well as stories and styles garnered from living and working in Europe, Central America, South Africa, and Southwest Montana, culminating in a multifarious mix of melody, rhythm, and rhyme that adds further variation to a broad range of conventional styles.
