Neal Blossom , of City of Gold Toastmasters Club, will be presenting his winning District 78 ( MT, ND, SD, Part of Minnesota) International Speech for Semifinals as well as his additional Finals speech for the International Speech Contest to be held at the Toastmasters International Convention in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace on August 12-15.
Neal will be presenting both of his speeches at the St Paul's United Methodist Church on Wednesday evening August 5th at 6:30.
