The Board consists of three members appointed by the County Commissioners serving staggered three-year terms. They have the responsibility of maintaining the cemetery, holding title to the property by grant, gift, devise, lease, or any other method; performing all acts necessary or proper; and to establish policies and procedures for the management of the cemetery.

Meetings are held the 1st Wednesday of February - June & September - December at 7:00 p.m. in the City-County Building, Room 309
