Essiac: A Conversation about Herbs and Cancer
6:30 PM
St. John's Building Law Library
Essiac: A Conversation about Herbs and Cancer Description:
Mali Klein, author of five books on the Native American herbal remedy Essiac, has the best credentials in the world to speak on the subject, being the last living direct link to Rene Caisse, the Canadian nurse who made Essiac famous in the 1930s. She has recently completed the final installment: Black Root Medicine, the Original Native American Essiac Formula. Mali draws from a combination of Buddhism and Native American traditions and other teachings and her message is one well worth hearing whether you are doctor or patient, or just interested in learning more about Essiac!
