Cranium Café is a brain health workshop featuring fun brain health exercises and education in a relaxed environment. Participants learn how to feed and care for the brain for improved memory, overall health and well-being. Nanette Whitman-Holmes, Life Enrichment Director at Touchmark, facilitates the program. The Wednesday, January 16, 2019 program continues with a dynamic video series. Please bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages and engagement will be provided. Cranium Café is free however, non-perishables for Helena Food Share are suggested as donations. Cranium Café begins at 12 noon and will last about an hour and a half. Please register at www.bridgeshcc.org. Cranium Café is a program of Helena Community Connections. All programs are offered at 2330 East Broadway, Helena, unless otherwise noted. All programs occur in handicapped accessible facilities. Bridges programs are life enrichment for those over fifty.
