After touring 4 Montana cities with J.S. Bach’s iconic Christmas Oratorio, several musicians from the MEMF 2019 Baroque band will stay one more day in Montana to offer a benefit performance for the Music Festival. This instrumental salon will feature MEMF concertmaster Carrie Krause, continuo cellist Sarah Stone and bassoonist Nate Helgeson, all graduates of the Juilliard Conservatory’s Historical Performance degree program, along with Sarah Huebsch Schilling on Baroque oboes.
This evening concert will take place at an upper west side mansion on Monday January 21, starting at 7:30 pm, and includes wine, cheese and desserts. Suggested donation is $30.
