A combined 2 hour workshop of Ayurvedic lifestyle tips, yoga and meditation to create vibrant health for your unique dosha (aka Energetic Signature). You will learn through discussion and practice how simple yet effective holistic practices can benefit you no matter what your current state of health is.

Discover your own sacred path to true well-being: body, mind and spirit. This workshop is for everyone.

Through Yoga Alliance yoga teachers can earn 2 CEUs.

This workshop is taught by Brenda Carey, who is a Holistic Healer that teaches the wisdom of Ayurveda, Energy Healing, yoga, and meditation. She is an ERYT-500 and Reiki Master.
