Winter Lager
Winter Lager is a marzen style (amber german lager) lager. It's a bit more robust than our fest beer to stand up to the season and maltier due to using old world malts. ABV 5.9% IBU 20

Dunkel Bock
Brewed in German Traditional style our Dunkels (dark) Bock is a higher ABV lager that is heavy with dark fruit and toffee flavors. Light Cacao head and dark garnet colors that ooze maltiness and finish with caramel sweetness. This beer pairs well with red meat or heavy sauced pasta. It also goes well with a good fire and good conversation. Malts: German pils, Munich, Munich Dark, Dark Crystal, Carafa 2. Hops: Gr Magnum Yeast: German Lager ABV 6.7% IBU 28

Hazy IPA
Aussie Aussie Aussie. Last summer we released a new IPA featuring hops grown in the southern hemisphere. That beer was loaded with New Zealand hops. Time to showcase the neighbors. Galaxy (one of the most sought after hops on the market) and Vic Secret are both grown in Australia and this beer is bursting with them. Intense tropical fruit, dank citrus and gooseberry, if you like new school hops this beer is right up your ally. Fills available and coming soon 4-packs.

Stout
Our stout is an American Dry stout. Montana grown Barley and copious amounts of black, roasted, and coffee kiln malt makes this beer very dark but not cloyingly sweet. We then add local cold brew from Florence Coffee Roasters which if you have not tried please do. The coffee is there but doesn’t overtake the beer. We want you to enjoy coffee with your beer, not the other way around.  5.1% ABV 29 IBU
