Lights On, Helena! Join the community effort! Luminaria kits are now available!

The Helena Education Foundation and Downtown Helena, Inc.— along with Helena’s Public Schools and the Boy Scouts,— are joining forces to honor all those who are working so hard to bring us safely through this pandemic tunnel and to brighten the long winter nights that lie ahead.

Pick up your luminaria kit and on the night of February 14, let’s unite as a community and show our love and support for our health care workers, teachers, first responders, and others on the front line, by lighting luminarias throughout the county! These are just a few examples of our frontline workers. Feel free to add other important workers to honor, in the comments below.

Luminaria kits have been assembled by the Boy Scouts, and are available now, at Allegra Marketing, Van's Thriftway, Dave's Exxon and 1889 Coffee House, while supplies last! A suggested donation of $4 covers the actual cost of materials for the 6 luminaria kit.
