The Montana Telecommunications Access Program (MTAP) is celebrating its 30th Anniversary, Wednesday, February 19th at 1 pm at the State Capitol Rotunda! For 30 years, MTAP has been helping Montanans with hearing, speech and mobility challenges to communicate with phones or other devices for FREE. Come and celebrate with us and learn from MTAP what options are available for you or a loved one with communication difficulties. This event is open to the public. Refreshments will be served. MTAP is a state program, located with the Department of Public Health and Human Services.
