Cranium Café is a brain health workshop featuring brain health exercises and education in a relaxed and fun environment. Participants will learn how to feed and care for the brain for improved memory, overall health and well-being. Nanette Holmes, Life Enrichment Director,Touchmark, facilitates. The February presentation will be about emotional aging. Please bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages and enrichment will be provided. Cranium Café is free, however non-perishable donations for Helena Food Share are suggested. Cranium Café begins at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 21, 2018.
