An indoor triathlon consisting of a 10 minute swim, 30 minute bike, and a 20 minute run. Capital City Fitness Center has a 25 yard pool, exercise bikes, and treadmills where distance covered will be recorded for results. Transitions are included in the total time. This event is open to all ages and abilities. Registration will be limited. This is a benefit for Helena youth athletic swimming, biking, and running programs.
