Service Dog Presentation
6:00 PM
Carroll College 101/102 Simperman Hall/Wiegand Amphitheatre
Service dogs are becoming more common in schools, workplaces and the general public.
Carroll students Madie Sanford and Ali Hance, along with executive director of Dog Tag Buddies, DeeDe Baker, will be leading a talk on service dogs. Their agenda involves discussing service dog etiquette, proper service dog behavior, service dog laws, and how to identify fake service dogs.
Our presenters will provide participants with the necessary information to question students on campus with dogs, especially ones causing disruptions in class and other public settings.
What can you do as a student, educator or business owner to protect real service dog teams? You will learn service dog laws, etiquette and how a trained service animal should behave.
For more information, call (406) 690-9853 or email dbaker@dogtagbuddies.org, mslaton-sanford@carroll.edu, ahance@carroll.edu
