Charlene Porsild will be the speaker at the Last Chance Gulch Corral History Dinner on April 15th at Jorgenson's lower restaurant. No-host cocktails at 5:30 p.m. followed by

"Satellites, Stone, and Stories: Historic Preservation in Montana" is the title of
Charlene's talk. Montana's cemeteries provide a lasting reminder of our collective history, but they are often neglected. The Montana History Foundation has been assisting communities across the state to locate, map, protect and preserve historic cemeteries using a variety of technologies. Dr. Porsild is the President and CEO of the Montana History Foundation. Those interested in Montana are welcome.
