Canyon Ferry Sailing Center is hosting 4 seminars in March, April and May that will get you started for the new sailing season. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced sailor there will be something for you to learn.

In this third seminar Safety at Sea, We will focus on some very important safety points before setting out on the water. Examples include how to respond when you are in distress and what safety equipment you should carry on the boat as required by law and common practice. How to check local weather, what to watch for on the water. We will discuss man overboard procedures, heaving to, reefing and many other tips for staying safe in bad weather.

The cost for the Seminar is $20* per person.
We will meet in the Mount Helena Room 156 of the Jorgenson's INN&Suites on 11th Avenue, Helena MT.
