Jazz trio, ThreeForm returns to 1 1=1 Gallery on Saturday, April 28, as the first performance of 2018’s Sound Gallery Series. Doors open at 5pm for wine, snacks and socializing. The concert will begin promptly at 5:30. Sound Gallery is located at 1 1=1 Gallery 434 North Last Chance Gulch. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend. The concert is free and donations are gladly accepted in order to help support the musicians.
ThreeForm, is comprised of bassist Rob Kohler, pianist Ann Tappan, and trombonist/vocalist MJ Williams. ThreeForm presents a program of original new music laced with familiar work, reconceived. This trio has been experimenting together for two decades. They have produced CD’s and performed in many venues both large and small. MJ Williams comments, “We are very excited to share our new work that has been a labor of love for many months.”
The venue is unique, small and intimate and attendees are surrounded by the works of local artists.
