"Road Trip Back in Time: The Joys of Locating & Documenting Montana's Country Schoolhouses" is the title of their talk. They have been working on this project for the Montana Preservation Alliance the last three summers. Montana had more country schools than any state with over 2600 schools during the homestead era. Montana still has more country schools than any other state with 70 schools active. It is a fascinating part of Montana history.
