The Transformational Image
12:00 PM
Tim Holmes Studio
The Transformational Image Description:
Using sculpture, painting, calligraphy and poetry, the art of four artists from around the world tackle the subject of how images can transform a life. The exhibit is free and can be seen at Tim Holmes Studio in Helena on Friday, June 10, 12 - 6 PM or by appointment. There will be a gallery talk by the artists at 5 PM.

This exhibit opens The Creator’s Art: A Confluence for Art, Psychology and Renewal, an international gathering of concerned individuals addressing individuals’ response to global issues. Although the Confluence is limited, the exhibit and gallery talk are free and open to the public. We explore the question: how does life-changing transformation happen? Although we’re forced to change by fate, we choose to change, not when admonished, but when urged by our soul. Perhaps artists are more aware than most that an encounter with an artwork reveals as much about the viewer as the creator.
