Lewis & Clark Library's 150th Birthday Celebration!
The Library is turning 150 and we are throwing a party to celebrate! Join us for a day filled with fun and activities for the entire family. The day begins at 10AM with a public shredding event with Iron Mountain hosted by our fabulous Lewis & Clark Library Foundation. From 11AM-1PM the Summer Lunch Program hosted by the Helena School District will distribute lunch and host games for the kids. There will be cake and a family movie from 1-3 in the Large Meeting Room and plan on being here at 5PM when the Montana Ghostbusters arrive to kick off our evening Party in Park! At 5:30PM we will kick off the celebration in Pioneer Park with an official welcome and dedication followed by live music and dancing to the The Mighty Flick. There will be food vendors, Jackalope Jump bouncy houses, and fun for the whole family from 5:30-9PM. Once the music ends, stick around and enjoy a free viewing of the classic movie Ghostbusters on the outdoor movie screen by FunFlicks Outdoor Movies of Montana. Everything is free and open to the public so come help us celebrate our 150th birthday in style!
