Join Tracey Riley every Monday from 6:00-6:50am for Barre at Dancing Lotus Center. This Barre workout is a full body workout that is a combination of ballet, pilates, and yoga designed to enhance flexibility, improve balance, and elongate the muscles . Barre targets arms, shoulders, stomach, legs, and glutes. You'll start with a mat-based warm-up full of planks and push-ups, do a series of arm exercises with light weights, and continue at the barre with a lower-body section to work your thighs and glutes, stretching between each section to truly give your body what it needs.
