Seven Dimensions of Wellness

The term wellness includes more than just physical health. Wellness is multidimensional and includes physical, emotional, social, occupational, environmental, spiritual and intellectual aspects. Nanette Whitman-Holmes from Touchmark will share with us effective ways to integrate these seven dimensions into our daily lives.
