The Democracy Project- Helena Description:
Democracy Project first Meeting of the School Year! and there's pizza!
Are you a Teen (13- 19 years)) who is interested in Civic Action and want to affect change? If so this may be the project for you!

What is the Democracy Project?

The Democracy Project is a teen-led program that empowers young people to take action to improve their community. Teens who are passionate about making a difference work with other motivated young people to identify a problem and design a project that helps fix it. They start with questions like, “What makes you angry? What do you love that you want to protect or grow? What would you do with the power and resources to make change?” and then you work together to figure out solutions.

This is a prefect time to be part of the year long project as the group is just beginning to form. If you are interested, please fill out the survey below as I work to determine meeting times. Members can join the group at any time.

Be a force for change! YOU ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE GROUP AT ANY TIME!

Please contact me with any questions you may have.
