Helena Community Connections, Inc. continues its popular Bridges program Cranium Cafe, 12 noon, 9/20/17, at Covenant United Methodist Church. Cranium Cafe is a brain health workshop with brain health exercises in a fun environment. This session is called, "the Aging Mind : What Changes?" Learn how to feed and care for your brain for improved memory and health. Nanette Holmes, Life Enrichment director, Touchmark, will lead this one hour workshop. Bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages and fun will be provided. Non-perishable food donations for Helena Food Share are suggested. No cost or registration required.
