Multi-instrumentalist Jondu plays 12-string, and six string guitars, a guitar-size mandolin called the mandocello; and an Appalachian mountain dulcimer, which he plays upright instead of across the lap as it's traditionally played. His repertoire ranges from Delta blues to 13th century Irish music. He has shared the stage with the likes of Leo Kotke and Stefan Grappelli. Recent appearances include the Swallow Music Center in Denver, Colorado Chautauqua in Boulder and the Silverton Folk Festival.
