The Helena Police Department's Citizen Academy is a free program open to residents of the Helena area who are 18 and older. The intention of the program is to provide an opportunity to learn about the HPD and what it takes to be an officer. Classes run every Tuesday night, 6:00pm to 8:30pm, for eight weeks starting on August 26th.
