On Wednesday, October 18, 2017, Helena Community Connections, Inc. will continue its popular Bridges program, Cranium Cafe, at noon at Covenant United Methodist Church. Cranium Cafe is a brain health workshop featuring brain health exercises and education in a relaxed and fun environment. This session is called, "Why Don't We Live Forever?" Learn how to feed and care for the brain for improved memory and overall health and well-being. Nanette Holmes, Life Enrichment Director, Touchmark, will lead this one hour workshop. Bring a brown bag lunch. Beverages, fun and enrichment provided. Non-perishable food donations to Helena Food Share are suggested.
