Luca Stricagnoli – one of Helena’s favorites from the International Guitar Night series – returns to The Myrna stage for a dazzling night of guitar mastery. Considered one of the most unique guitarists in the world, Luca’s creative style led him to invent instruments like the Reversed Triple Neck Guitar and the Reversed Slide Neck. Luca’s genre-bending show continues to expand on the limits of the acoustic guitar. In his hands, the instrument carries multiple roles at once – moving between rhythm, melody, and texture, while never feeling overloaded.

Luca started crafting his style early in his career by using violin bows, multiple guitars at once, modified capos and unusual tunings. His breakthrough came when his arrangement ‘The Last Of The Mohicans’ was picked up by Candyrat Records. After that success, Luca released his debut album, and began to perform across the globe. These days, Luca can be found playing anywhere from small concerts in remote towns to massive shows at venues like the Nokia Arena in Tel Aviv – all while continuously raising the bar for the next generation of players.
