Special guests including Santa will join the festivities, door prizes will be given out throughout the day, and concessions including fresh coffee will be served. Registration for the 2025 Helena Civic Center Holiday Markets opens for returning vendors Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 9am!
New Vendor registration will open on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 9am

Registration Forms will not be accepted prior to Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 9am - Civic Center office hours are weekdays 9am – 4pm
Vendors may register for one date only
The Vendor Registration Fee is $100 per booth space
*Returning Vendors = Vendors who participated in the 2024 Civic Center Holiday Markets or 2025 FebFest
