Cranium Café is a brain health workshop featuring fun brain health exercises and education in a relaxed environment. Participants learn how to feed and care for the brain for improved memory, overall health and well-being. Nanette Whitman-Holmes, Life Enrichment Director at Touchmark, facilitates. The Wednesday, November 21, 2018 video program continues Dr. Indre Viskontas’ presentation. The human brain is very complex. What is commonly thought about the brain is often based on popular myths that have been perpetuated despite the passage of time. Please bring a brown bag lunch.
