Helena's Wild Divide Chapter of the Montana Wilderness Association is please to announce that noted Helena author, Jim Robbins will be speaking at the annual member meeting and Christmas gathering on December 11th, 2019. This event will be held in the Placer Center Lobby, downtown Helena. The event runs from 6 PM until 9 PM. Jim Robbins has contributed to the New York Times from Helena for 40 years, primarily on science and environmental topics. Robbins is also the author of six books, most recently The Wonder of Birds. He will talk about the stories he has covered over the last four decades, from the Unabomber to the 1988 fires in Yellowstone.
