Yoga Story Time for Preschoolers, Friday, February 24, 10:30 am in the Large Meeting Room.
Geared for preschool age, this 30 minute program will offer safe, simple and fun yoga poses through stories. Yoga enhances children's ability to concentrate and it works out those wiggles! This is a parent and child event. Please bring a large bath towel or yoga mat with you and wear comfortable clothes. Registration Required.
