Events, Raffles & Online Sales will be the topics discussed at this month's Helena Development Roundtable (HDR). The Roundtable is a very successful informal Helena-area network of executive directors, development directors, and fundraising staff that meet monthly*. HDR provides important opportunities for collegial networking and relationship building. HDR participants pick fundraising topics such as monthly giving programs and on-line fundraising, and share knowledge and resources. For staff who are new to Helena, HDR provides ready access to a talented and supportive peer network. HDR is a component of Big Sky Institute for the Advancement of Nonprofits' (BSI) Helena Development Initiative that provides a replicable approach for community-based professional development in fundraising skills.
