Yoga Stories for Grades K-5
Monday, December 5, 3-4 pm in the large meeting room. Kids will build balance and confidence as they have fun learning yoga and relaxation techniques. Please bring a large bath towel or yoga mat with you and wear comfortable clothes. Caregivers need to stay in the room with children through grade 2. No registration required.
