Come join us on July 5, 2019 from 5-9 p.m. at Mountain Sage Gallery to celebrate First Friday.

This month our newest artist, Svitlana Prouty will be giving a demonstration of silk painting (she makes the most beautiful silk scarves!). The demonstration will be from 5:30 to 6:30 and will be interactive – if you are watching her demonstrate her painting you may have an opportunity to try your hand at silk painting as well!!!! At the end of the demonstration, Lana will have a drawing for a small piece of her beautiful work (could be a pin, a very small scarf, or a card – she will surprise you with something beautiful!)

Although Svitlana has been a professional artist most of her life, this will be her first public demonstration. She is excited to share her passion and knowledge of silk painting and to show how exciting and fascinating this art form is.
